Shipping & Return Policy Of Rawanka Brothers

At Rawanka Brothers, we take pride in delivering our handcrafted Bandhani sarees from Surat, Gujarat, to customers all over the world. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.
 

🚚 Shipping Policy
 

1. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed during business hours are eligible for same-day dispatch.

  • No Shipments on Holidays: We do not ship on Sundays or Public Holidays as our logistics partners are unavailable.

  • Domestic (India): We deliver across India. Please provide a correct PIN code to avoid delays.

  • International: We ship to almost every country via fast air couriers. Delivery usually takes 48–72 hours to reach major international cities after dispatch.
     

2. Shipping Charges

  • Not Included in Price: Shipping costs are calculated extra based on the weight of your order.

  • Weight Calculation: Following international standards, all weights are rounded up to the next 500 grams.

  • Savings: You get a reduced shipping rate for every additional item added to the same order.
     

3. Address & Delivery Risk

  • No P.O. Boxes: We require a full street address.

  • Address Accuracy: Any penalty fees charged by courier companies for incorrect addresses or Zip Code mismatches will be paid by the customer.

  • Unattended Delivery: For international orders (e.g., USA), if the courier leaves the package at your door, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

  • Institutional Delivery: Deliveries to Hostels, Schools, or Colleges are at the customer's risk. If the warden/security refuses the parcel, no refund will be issued.
     

4. Custom Duties (International)

  • VAT, Custom Taxes, and Import Duties are not included in your order. These must be paid by the customer directly to their local government or courier agency if applicable.
     

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
 

1. No Return Policy

Due to the intricate, handmade nature of Bandhani sarees and the hygiene standards of ethnic wear, we follow a Strict No-Return Policy. Products once sold cannot be returned for a refund.
 

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange is only available for the same product in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Torn product.

  • Wrong product/color/size received.
     

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To protect against false claims, an Unboxing Video is Mandatory:

  • You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel for the first time.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package and the shipping label.

  • The video must show the full unfolding of the saree to highlight the damage.

  • No Video = No Exchange. No exceptions will be made.
     

4. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us at [Insert Email] or WhatsApp [Insert Number] within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Attach your unboxing video and clear photos of the defect.

  • Once approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition (unworn, with tags).
     

💳 Payment Policy
 

  • Prepaid Only: We currently only accept prepaid orders via our secure payment gateway.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not provide COD services.
