Regulatory Adherence

We use commercially acceptable security measures. However, we are not liable for data loss due to Force Majeure events (including hacking, natural disasters, or power failures).

3. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Authenticity
Our sarees are 100% handcrafted Bandhani products.
Minor irregularities (dye variations, thread knots, tiny specks) are NOT defects but signs of handmade authenticity.

Color Variation
Actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

4. Payment & Pricing

Prepaid Only
We accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

Pricing Policy
Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping charges are separate and calculated based on weight.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Same-day dispatch for daytime orders (excluding Sundays & holidays)

• All products ship from Surat, Gujarat, India

• Shipping weight is rounded up to the next 500 grams

• International customers must pay all VAT, customs duties, and taxes

• We are NOT liable for packages marked “Delivered” but lost or stolen afterward

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video & Exchange Policy

No Returns
All sales are FINAL. No returns accepted.

Exchange Only (Limited Cases)
Exchanges are allowed ONLY IF:

• Wrong item received

• Wrong color received

• Damaged product received

Mandatory Rule
A continuous, unedited unboxing video (from sealed package) is REQUIRED.
👉 No video = No exchange (strict policy).

Tampered Packages
Do NOT accept opened or damaged packages. Claims will be rejected otherwise.

7. Institutional Deliveries

Deliveries to schools, colleges, or hostels are entirely at customer’s risk.
No refund or re-shipment will be provided if delivery is refused.

8. Liability & Jurisdiction

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rawanka Sarees against any disputes arising from your breach of these terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat courts ONLY.
