Welcome to Rawanka Brothers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted Bandhani sarees. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & PRIVACY
Rawanka Brothers is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the SPI Rules, 2011.

Data Collection: We collect personal information (Name, Address, Contact) and technical data (IP address) only to fulfill your orders and improve your experience.
Security: Your data is handled with commercially acceptable security measures. However, we are not liable for data loss due to "Force Majeure" events (hacking, natural disasters, or power failures).
Consent: By using this site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership: All content on this site—including the brand name Rawanka Brothers, our logo, and all product photography of Bandhani sarees—is our proprietary property protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws.
Unregistered Trademark: The name and logo "Rawanka Brothers" are used by us as our brand identity. Any unauthorized reproduction or "passing off" of our brand name or images will result in legal action.
Usage: You may not download or copy our designs or images for commercial use.

Authenticity: Our sarees are authentic, handcrafted Bandhani. Minor irregularities in the tie-dye pattern, tiny dye specks, or thread knots are characteristics of handmade art and are not considered defects.
Color Variance: Due to digital photography and screen settings, actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown.

Prepaid Only: We only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are calculated based on weight.

Dispatch: We strive for same-day dispatch for daytime orders. No shipments are made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Location: All products are shipped from Surat (Gujarat), India.
Weight-Based Shipping: Rates are calculated by weight, rounded up to the next 500 grams. You benefit from reduced shipping on additional items.
International Shipments: Customers are solely responsible for VAT, Custom Duties, and Import Taxes levied by their country.
Risk of Loss: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the courier (e.g., packages left at the door in the USA).
Address Accuracy: Any penalties charged by couriers for incorrect addresses or Zip Codes will be borne by the customer.

No Returns: Products are not eligible for return once purchased.
Exchange Conditions: Exchange is only permitted for the same product if you receive the wrong item, wrong color, wrong size, or a damaged product.
Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This video serves as the only valid proof of damage. Without this video, no exchange will be processed.
Tampered Packages: Do not accept any package that appears opened or damaged at the time of delivery.
