Refund Policy Of Rawanka Brothers
At Rawanka Brothers, we deal in handcrafted, delicate Bandhani sarees. Because each piece is made to order or hand-dyed, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure the sustainability of our traditional craft.
1. No General Refunds
We do not offer refunds for "Change of Mind" or "Personal Preference" regarding color, pattern, or fabric. Since Bandhani is a handmade art, slight variations are expected and are not grounds for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will only be processed under the following two conditions:

Product Unavailability: If you have placed a prepaid order and the product is found to be out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.

Lost in Transit: If our courier partner confirms that the package is lost and cannot be delivered after 20 business days, we will offer you a choice between a reshipment or a full refund.
3. Exchanges vs. Refunds
For cases of Damage or Wrong Product Received:

We primarily offer an Exchange for the same product.

A refund will only be initiated if the specific damaged item is out of stock and cannot be replaced within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Mandatory Proof for Claims
No refund or exchange request will be entertained without a Mandatory Unboxing Video.

The video must be continuous, unedited, and show the package being opened for the first time.

If the video proves the item was damaged before it reached you, and we cannot provide a replacement, a refund will be issued.
5. Refund Process & Timeline

Approval: Once your claim is verified via the unboxing video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) used during the prepaid transaction.

Timeline: It usually takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Non-Refundable Items & Charges

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Custom Duties: Any import duties or local taxes paid by international customers to their governments are non-refundable by Rawanka Brothers.

Used Items: Any saree that shows signs of being worn, washed, or having the tags removed will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
